In the event that your regular Envoy is unable to serve you, our systems ensure that any of our Envoys will be able to delight you with a high level of service.
What if I don't need it every week?
Envoy works best as a weekly service. We've found that our customers already went to the store once a week or more, and value the freshest produce, meat, and dairy products. However, we also offer membership options where you can use Envoy every other week or even simply whenever you need us. Regardless of which membership plan you select- if you're going on vacation, having a special event, or just need something unexpected, it's easy to reserve an additional visit or move an existing visit to best fit your schedule (subject to availability). Finally, if you are a Weekly or Biweekly member and happen to not use a visit during the month, you can even gift it to friends and family!
*What if I try Envoy and I'm not satisfied with it? What is the guarantee?
We understand how important your grocery shopping is to you and your family. With our 100% Stress-Free Guarantee you can try Envoy completely risk-free, and if you are unsatisfied for any reason at all, simply cancel any time before your 2nd visit and receive a full refund. Note of course that the refund applies to Envoy membership and per-order service fees only.
† What if I buy more groceries each month than the plan?
When designing our plans, we found that 90% of our customers never exceed $400 in groceries per month. However, we realize that some customers may need more, and we intend to roll out plans in the future to better serve you.

Our goal is to keep things simple, so for now if you are consistently receiving more groceries each month than your plan calls for, we will contact you. We also reserve the right to assess a 10% service fee on the amount of groceries delivered in excess of your plan's monthly allowance. This is so that we may fairly compensate your local Envoy who must take additional care and effort when serving larger orders.
